Ross Weittenhiller Promoted to Branch Manager
In March, Ross Weittenhiller was promoted to Branch Manager of our Sauk City office.
Ross joined Bank of Prairie du Sac's Retail Team on January 14, 2019, as a Teller and steadily expanded his responsibilities throughout the years. He added Personal Banker duties before becoming a Lead Universal Banker and Assistant Branch Manager, where he not only served customers but also helped train and mentor fellow staff members.
Known for his drive to learn and willingness to share his knowledge with others, Ross has built strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike. His promotion to Branch Manager reflects his commitment to exceptional service and leadership.
Kaeli Promoted to Retail Operations Specialist
Kaeli has accepted the newly created position as Retail Operations Specialist, bringing with her a wealth of retail banking experience.
Since joining the Bank's Retail Team in 2019, Kaeli has continuously embraced new opportunities. She began as a Teller, advanced to Universal Teller, then Personal Banker, and most recently served as Personal Banker Supervisor. Along the way, she also became the Bank's Certified IRA Specialist, providing valuable expertise to both customers and team members.
In her new role, Kaeli will support retail operations across the Bank, helping strengthen processes, enhance efficiencies, and provide operational support to our retail team.
Talia Named Personal Banker Supervisor
Talia has accepted the position of Personal Banker Supervisor, continuing her impressive growth since joining Bank of Prairie du Sac in 2023.
Starting as a Teller, Talia quickly advanced into the role of Universal Banker and became a familiar face in our customer service area. Her dedication to learning has allowed her to develop expertise in many areas, including estate accounts, IRAs, trust accounts, business accounts, and safe deposit services.
Known as a fast learner with a strong commitment to helping every customer, Talia consistently earns praise for her professionalism and positive attitude. These qualities make her a natural fit for her new leadership role.
To ensure a smooth transition, Kaeli and Talia will work closely together as they share knowledge and responsibilities in the coming months.
