At Bank of Prairie du Sac, we believe in growing our team from within — and Ross Weittenhiller’s career journey is a perfect example of that commitment in action.
Earlier this spring, Ross was promoted to Branch Manager of our Sauk City office, a milestone that reflects years of dedication, learning, and leadership.
Ross joined Bank of Prairie du Sac on January 14, 2019, as a Teller on our Retail Team. From the beginning, he showed a strong desire to expand his skills and serve customers at a higher level. Over time, he added Personal Banker responsibilities and eventually stepped into the role of Lead Universal Banker, supporting customers while also training and mentoring fellow team members in the Sauk City branch.
When Ross celebrated his 7th work anniversary in January 2026, we recognized his drive to learn and his willingness to share knowledge with others — qualities that continue to define his leadership style today.
“Ross has earned this opportunity through his consistency, teamwork, and commitment to our customers,” shared Phyllis Dresser, Vice President Retail. “He understands our community and our culture, and he leads by example.”
As Branch Manager, Ross will guide the Sauk City team, oversee branch operations, and continue building strong relationships with customers and the community.
We are proud to support Ross’s continued growth and look forward to the positive impact he will make in his new role. Congratulations, Ross!
