Three Team Members Promoted to Assistant Vice President

Bank of Prairie du Sac is pleased to announce the promotions of Dawn Kitto, Melissa Martinson, and Paul Jones to the role of Assistant Vice President (AVP). These promotions recognize their leadership, expertise, and long‑standing commitment to the organization.

Dawn KItto, AVP, Digital Banking Produc ManagerDawn Kitto, AVP, Digital Banking Product Manager, joined the Bank in 2000 as part of the Operations Team and has built a career distinguished by deep expertise and continuous professional development. Her background includes teller services, bookkeeping, deposit operations, and digital banking, providing her with a well‑rounded understanding of both customer needs and bank operations. In her current role, Dawn oversees a wide range of digital and payment services and holds multiple professional accreditations, including NCP, AAP, and APRP. Her promotion recognizes her technical expertise and leadership in advancing the Bank’s digital services.


Melissa Martinson, AVP, Internal Auditor / BSA OfficerMelissa Martinson, AVP, Internal Auditor / BSA Officer, joined Bank of Prairie du Sac in 2001, beginning her career as a teller and steadily advancing through roles of increasing responsibility. Her strong attention to detail and operational knowledge led her to the Operations Department, where she has played a key role in supporting compliance efforts across the organization. In 2022, Melissa assumed the role of Internal Auditor, and in 2024 she took on the additional responsibilities of Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) Officer. Her promotion reflects more than 24 years of dedicated service and her commitment to strong risk management and regulatory oversight.


Paul Jones, AVP, Compliance OfficerPaul Jones, AVP, Compliance Officer, joined Bank of Prairie du Sac in 2024, bringing more than 25 years of banking experience and strong regulatory expertise. In his role, Paul oversees regulatory compliance while also contributing to risk management, organizational development, and strategic planning efforts. His promotion reflects the importance of compliance leadership and his contributions to maintaining a strong regulatory and risk management framework.
